Kouran's father and village head of Seisengou.

Shuusei Ryuu
Has served in the military for three years, and is Kouran's lover. Was raised as if he was Kouran's brother.

Kouran Ou
A girl living in Seisengou. Rescues Houjun, who had thrown himself into the river.

Nakago
A young Kutou general. One of the Seiryuu Shichiseishi.
