Tomokazu Seki is a very popular, as can be seen by the number of roles he has played. His most frequent role is angsty teenagers (Kamui in X movie is a good example of this), but he is by no means limited to that, as he has also played comic relief roles (Guy Daigouji from Martian Successor Nadesico) and happier characters (Chichiri from Fushigi Yuugi). Probably his most challenging role was Ikumi Ose in Infinite Ryvius, but he does a wonderful job in this role.
In real life Tomokazu Seki is very odd, and I find him a bit scary. As an example, in an interview he admits that his first kiss was a guy who slipped him some tongue. However, this doesn't stop him from being my favorite Japanese voice actor.
